We hope Herdly always works well for you, but occasionally things may go wrong. One of the tools we have to help diagnose and, occasionally, even fix an issue on the computer is the Tech Support Utilities window. You should only need to use this window when asked to by our support staff. You can open the window by going to File > Tech Support Utilities....
