About Herdly and Release Notes
On the computer, you can open the About Herdly window by going to Herdly > About Herdly... on the Mac or Help > About Herdly... on Windows. This window is useful for a few reasons:
- It shows your current version and build number. In a support situation, we may need to get this information from you. Also, this is where you can find out what version you are running.
- You can click the Release Notes button in this window to see a list of changes and bug fixes that were incorporated in the version you are running.
- The license agreement as well as our privacy policy and copyrights information are also available from this window.
You can access similar and more information on a mobile device. For release notes, go to Settings > Release Notes. To see the current version of Herdly, go to Settings > About Herdly. This screen shows the current version as well as information about your ranch, such as the ranch ID.
There is also a Technical Support section. You may be asked by support staff to use one or both of these options to send us logs or data when trying to track down an issue.
