I forgot my username and password. What do I do?

If you are not able to log into Herdly because you have forgotten your account credentials, talk to an administrator on your ranch. They can do one of two things, each of which are explained in more detail in the Users topic:

  1. Give you a temporary code to access your account.
  2. Give you a new password.

If no one on your ranch, including the administrators, can log into their account, please create a support ticket so we can help you. Please note that you will need to provide your ranch name and ranch ID. The phone number and email address listed with your account must also be up to date so we can verify your identity.
